The Connecticut Historical Society is a library, museum, and educational center devoted to preserving and interpreting the history of Connecticut citizens. It's located just west of downtown, on the campus of the University of Connecticut School of Law. The museum's hands-on exhibits cover such historical topics as Amistad, and rustic life in Connecticut.
