The Old State House is a beautifully restored, columned building that was erected in 1796. The National Historic Landmark offers guided tours of its old fashioned rooms and hallways, and also features the Museum of Natural and Other Curiosities, where visitors will find a calf with two heads, the horn of a unicorn, and other novelties. The House sits in the downtown area, just off the east end of Bushnell Park.
